BHEL has established itself to be an incredible company in the international market and the products of BHEL are considered to be an epitome of trust.The turnover of BHEL Corporation is projected at Rupees 92 thousand crore and that of Bhopal Unit at Rupees 9200 crore by 2017 respectively.The role of the newly recruited engineers and all other workers will be of immense importance in achieving the above target ”, said MK Dube Executive Director BHEL,Bhopal at the IFX hall today while adressing the engineer trainees. He requested the 65 engineer trainees of Bhopal & 6 trainees of Jhansi Unit to gain maximum out of the training and try to understand the culture of BHEL as much as possible and stay in constant touch with their mentosr to achieve it. Shri Dube while enumerating to the trainees the aspirations one expects including the Govt. and the common people from BHEL, said that we have to work as a team to complete all the projects within the given deadline.The challenge before BHEL today is to manufacture international quality products within the allotted time-frame. RK Girdonia GM (HR) BHEL shared his experiences of BHEL with the engineer trainees and highlighted the role they have to play and urged before them to work with full dedication.
Dr BD Baderia Chief Medical Officer and other members of the HR Dept. were present on this occasion . Smriti Sharma Executive HR came up with the presentation on Common induction Training Programme run by BHEL for newly recruited ETs and Supervisor Trainees. The Programme was conducted by I Soreng Senior Manager and Aditya Shankar Engineer Trainee expressed the vote of thanks.
