The actress recently posed for an ad campaign for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). In the ad, Lara is seen in a Gavin Miguel designed full-length gown made of lettuce leaves and other vegetables. It was shot by ace fashion photographer Jatin Kampani.
